Exhibitors: $7 per person for admission plus $20 per table. Table sizes and location assigned on a first come-first
serve basis. Early registration is recommended in order to obtain space in the main hall. Last year's exhibitors may
reserve the same location as last year if we receive their paid registration by February 1, 2002. Adjacent rooms will be used
for overflow. Four table limit per exhibitor. Exhibitors must occupy tables for entire show. Tables unoccupied 15
minutes prior to the end of the show will not be eligible for early reservation of the same location in 2003. Exhibitors may

371-7129. Note: After picking up
registration materials at the registration desk, exhibitors may enter the hall only to deliver goods to their table (e.g. not to set
up) and then must return to the foyer until the doors open for
everyone at 8 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Table fee will be refunded only if requested and the table is resold. If a table is not occupied by 9
a.m., a table may be cancelled and resold.

Room reservations should be made by January 31, 2002 for special
rates. Bring your family to enjoy indoor pool, health club,
racquetball courts, three restaurants, bar, etc. Night skiing at Nashoba Valley Ski Area, only 2 miles away!
Directions: From I-495, take Exit 32. Follow "To Rt. 225" sign. At stop light, turn right onto Rt. 110-West for 0.4
miles. The Westford Regency is on the right. Use doors on right (north) side of Inn. Ramps at both show entrances!
The Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center is a 193-room hotel with 3 restaurants and over 500 parking
spaces. With over 20,000 square feet of conference space, we have room to expand our future radio meets!
